Covid 19 Errors and Slow Download

It is very slow to download the project (up to 3-5hrs.) And so you can finish 1-2 projects a day (you know a lot more so far) (performance mode is at its maximum) I noticed that these problems occur with covid 19 projects general. And the cpu's performance doesn't want to go above 50% and its performance has been 100% for a few days. What's the problem? ((9am to 10pm daily))
