Fails to install on Windows 10 1909

Hi all,

Can you please tell me where to even start debugging on this?

C:\build directory doesn't event show up at any point before/during/after installation.

Not sure where to start, Windows is not my main OS. Some other folders were putting together an install guide - viewtopic.php?f=61&t=32581 - maybe you can find something useful there.

I'm much more familiar with debugging in Linux as well. Apparently Process Monitor is alternative to strace, but I don't see any system calls to C:\build in it either. It's almost like installer is confused.

Huh, during cancellation saw mention of GOG Galaxy in Process Monitor. Turned it off, and the installation continued just fine.
