Issues with FAH site

Hi.

I have two issues that I don't know where to ask about, so hopefully someone here can direct me.

1. I have the software running, but when I open the Web Control in Chrome, it reloads the page every second - I can't do anything with it. Yes, I could switch browsers, but a browser reloading typically means that there's a JavaScript command doing it, so I thought I should bring that up here.
2. When I first registered for a Passkey, I didn't receive an email for at least an hour. Eventually, I received the Passkey, but now I keep receiving more emails every few hours with the same Passkey.

Please let me know if there is somewhere I can bring these issues.

I didn't see a Contact Us section on the site or a more appropriate forum section.

My understanding is that Google changed Chrome so that it does not work.
You can try an incognito window, you can try some other browser.

i know nothing about mail, sorry.

Incognito Mode worked, thanks.

Still hoping for an answer on the email issue or who to contact about it.

Seems the system is sending me one or more email every hour - then it may skip one or two, then it continues.

There's a number of threads about the issue with repeated emails, as far as I understand the crew is aware of the issue and working to solve it, meanwhile you can set up a filter on your end.
