F@H GPU Azure Template

Hi,
if you ever want to deploy F@H on an Azure GPU-powered machine, there is this ARM template that makes it easy for you. (sorry for abusing the code tag here, but this is not spam)

Could be useful if anyone has free Azure credits (like the one in the MSDN subscriptions) and wants to donate some of them to GPU workloads for F@H
