I just fired up FaH after a couple years off and everything seemed to be working fine until I came back to my computer to find the web client continuously "Waiting for 127.0.0.1..."
I tried a previous solution of fining the program in the task bar but could not, and couldn't find a way to show hidden icons for FaH.
I am currently running Win 7 with Chrome as my default browser.
FaH Web Client not connecting

Folding@Home has issues with Google Chrome. Try another browser instead - Firefox works well. Or try using the advanced control, which doesn't use a web browser.
Re: FaH Web Client not connecting
Desktop ran all night, now the client is not connecting. Is there a way to re-establish a connection?

Overnight several servers went down, waiting to hear back details on when they will be back up.

Re: FaH Web Client not connecting
How can I get it to use a different browser without changing my system default?

How can I start the advanced control?
