MSI GTX 1060 6GB sitting there but
I have an MSI GTX 1060 6GB, and it does recognize it. I don't see any errors or anything in the logs relating to the GPU. The CPU is getting all sorts of work as the GPU just sits there at 0%. The GPU in this system doesn't get enough love as I don't game much (lots of video editing, but that's all CPU, which annoys me), so I'd like to see the GPU get off its butt and do something useful for a change

I have a GTX 1060 from Zoltec, I get about 440,000 Points Per Day normally, (with the Quick Return Bonus) but this weekend the competition for WUs has been fierce.

I'm a new folding@home user, and I want to make sure I understand this post. My CPU is at 100%, but my GPU is at 0% (according to the web client). This situation is because the servers are down, and WU's that use the GPU are out of stock? Is that correct? Once the servers with GPU WU"s go back online, I should see the GPU doing some work? Is that also correct?

To answer that question we need information from FAH's log.
And I really hope the Science staff can collect enough servers and enough hours in the day to scale everything up to a stable process. (I'm working on my 19th hour today and as we're all volunteers, that's more than I can do on for very long.)

Hi and Welcome on board, pretty much. As soon as the GPU servers have more work, your gpu should start getting work but as you said, competition is fierce.Bacon117 wrote:I'm a new folding@home user, and I want to make sure I understand this post.
