Folding page constantly reloading?

The main folding page which is for seeing progress and for configuring the folding program is constantly reloading. This prevents me from being able to configure the folding, or to even begin to start it. I have an account with the program because the first time I loaded it it worked fine, but after I reset my computer I was no longer able to access the program. I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled the program to no avail. If additional information is needed please ask, I am capable of giving more.

This is a known problem with the Chrome browser after changes they made a few months ago. Some workarounds have been posted, a search on the forum should turn them up in recent posts. A few have reported the same issue with recent versions of Opera.

Main workaround is to try another browser, Firefox and Edge have been reported to work.

someone has also reported that using incognito in chrome has worked but i have no way of testing it
