Currently COVID is not listed on the client. but due to relevancy the server will give you a COVID project since they are marked as 'high priority.' so leave your client on 'any.'
another note. due to high demand of computers looking for work, your PC might not get a project right away.

Yes, there are several projects running for both CPU and GPU processing.
However the client would need updating to have a specific selection for COVID-19. To set a preference for these projects select Any Disease, the projects for COVID-19 are set to a higher priority on the servers than others.
