CPU stuck at "Downloading"

Post by Norok »

Hey everyone,

Installed F@h an hour ago and after a few crashes I set the max threat count of my CPU slot to 6 (which worked perfectly before with my ryzen 5 3600) now it is stuck at downloading in the advanced controll center.

Any idea what i could do? with the -1 setting on the cpu slot it crashed my pc every few minutes so that's not an option.

Following a copy paste of my current error log:

Ive noticed that stopping the client completely in the taskbar then relaunching has managed to land me a GPU job for the first time

Hm okay. Well I'll leave it running as well. Well I guess that's a good thing as it shows a lot of people are folding currently.

And GPU wise I got a WU so that's not really that much of a problem right now.

I saw it on the Linus Tech Tips Forum. It's a great cause that I'll inflate my electricity bill happily for.

yeah in it already. was too when i was folding like half a year ago. Would you say ~650k points per day (with only the gpu folding as WU's for CPU ran out it seems) are good?
