New but can't get started

I installed Folding@home on a computer. Windows 10 Pro, i5 4460, 8GB Ram, Cable 30/300mbps. I can't get it going. It seems to install ok but when I try to run the program it never downloads the work. The download show 0.0% and never starts. I am not sure what to do to get it going. Can someone help me get started? Thank you in advance.

Rats, usually the log is much larger than that and gives more clues. The first 200 lines tell quite a bit about how your system is working.

If I had to guess with almost no facts, I would guess your internet (firewall, router, etc.) is blocking downloads to F@H. You may wish to try to disable your firewall for 10 minutes and try to run F@H.

Telling us "Oh, I am at work, IT may have blocked me", or "Oh, I am at college in a dorm and IT may have blocked me" would give us clues.
