Computer constantly restarts

About a minute after my computer turns on it restarts and if I turn off automatic startup for FAH this doesn't happen, the only thing I've seen about why it would restart is temperatures but I have no idea what those temperatures are.
I'm running a 3800x and a 5700xt

How to provide enough info to get helpful support.

The log might help tu find a software cause, but I suspect something is wrong with your hardware ...

Disable automatic startup, then, you'll have to find the source of your issues : try to run only the CPU, then only the GPU. Of course, keep an eye on temperatures and voltages. Also, make sure that everything is mounted correctly (CPU heatsink and fan, PCIe power cables of the GPU, ...).

The thing that makes me think it's not a hardware issue is that I've never had any issues like that before or since and I can run heaven and prime95 without issue.

Prime95 is suitable for benchmarking programs that use integer arithmetic but it has never been suitable for heavy floating point calculations. Moreover Core22 isn't putting a heavy load on your CPU. it's using your GPU which probably generates a lot more heat so heaven is probably more appropriate, though I've never used it, myself.

Core_a7 is stressing your CPU but it's now using AVX rather than just sse2 so that probably boosted your total heat a bit more, too.

What temperatures are you seeing?

My CPU is running at 68 and my GPU is a 78 which is pretty normal for it.

And now I just tried running it again and everything is running fine so I don't know what happend.
My CPU runs pinned at 100% and my GPU between 50-85%

In Windows event log there should be a system error message indicating why the Windows reboots.

Sounds like either power or heat. What PSU are you using?
