Each FAH installation is treated as a unique client installation and runs independently of any others. If you have multiple slots in a single client (e.g. CPU and GPU), they're also treated as independent from the other(s). Credits, however, are accumulated under Name/Team/Passkey combinations which usually are chosen as the same for all of your clients ... but those choices are up to you.
