Initial setup headaches

I'm a returning donor but having problems so far. Initially I couldn't get the client to execute any work due to connection issues, then it seemed to resolve (somehow?).

However as you can see from this excerpt, it did some work.. uploaded the result, then went back into connection difficulties. Today I added firewall exceptions (Sophos XG) but to no avail. Any help is appreciated.

Note: Windows 10 firewall is not the issue.

I was waiting for this to get approved.

Unfortunately the Sophos firewall is detecting some of the packets (but not all) as "not associated with any connection". I've tweaked my rule and I think I have it working now, but need to see this play out for a bit of time.
