need help whit folding home

hello, im french and i try ti use folding at home whit no succes, is vrey frustating because is seem de work but i can have benefice , i can put my wallet banano or my team, went the page open on the browser, is just lagging, i cant do anything, i can clic no were, i try to inuistall and instal many time, is just do the same, i on windons7; please help my whit that, is very very very frsutating, ererything is on english, i dont no where to star, is just meke me cry, is to hard !!!

Welcome to the folding support forum.

The first thing I would suggest is trying a different browser. Especially if you are using Google Chrome. Google changed something a few versions ago and now the Web Control app often does not work right in Chrome.

i dont no what to do, firt time wen i dl folding at home and lauch, it work but is not reguest my id or id team, i dont read to good at english so i thing i was to something wrong, so i remove and dl again, but the second time is star to no work, the page dont load and lag i cant clik anyware, so i go chek compabiliti and put in on w7, is was on xp par defaut, an star again for the same result, i remose it, relauch my computer and dl again for the same result, i go on compabyliti and put par defaut like is was, but nothing again, i go sleep win anger, and today is the same but in + it like it was reunning all this time but for anonyme, and now i can open it or delete is, is say it already turn, but i dont no where to find it, so i can install i can delete, was wrong ,? Please guy i need help, step by step ( sorry for my english, im french and i try my best ti make me ander stand
