Bonus points not credited after change of user

Hello there fellow folders:

I recently changed the user for my Folding system. Got a new passkey and setup a new user in my team. The user just finished a WU, but we do not get the Bonus Points. :shock: :? Any suggestions or explanations will be welcomed. I thank you in advance. :D

Yes, that is correct. Each username and passkey combination need to complete 10 WU's and turn them in before you get bonus points.

BTW, you also need to complete 80% of your WUs, but I think Joe_H covers your case.
