It seems that a lot of GPU problems revolve around specific versions of drivers. Though AMD has their own support structure, you can often learn from information reported by others who fold.

The 0xc0000005 error is a report from Windows that it has encountered a memory allocation problem. Have you overclocked the device?

Also regarding memory allocation I since increased virtual memory to 16 GB
