Releasing new A4 (GRO_A4) projects p14108 for ADV and FAH. This is simulation of the enzyme Phenylalanine Hydroylase (PAH), mutations in which cause phenylketonuria (PKU), an inherited disease that affects about 1 in 12000. We are trying to understand the molecular mechanisms by which PAH senses phenylalanine to activate the enzyme. This is being served from vav4.ocis.temple.edu (155.247.166.220).
