My id is "PFM". Why does my rank say N/A even though I have recent folding activity and my points are higher than other team members who probably are not even actively folding ?

Good question.

There are other reports of problems with calculations of rank. Let's see what happens to them.

personally I never look at the stanford stats pages. I see everything I need at extremeoverclocking.com just go there and search on your folding name.
