Retrieving stats automatically

Hi,

Forum newbie here, so please let me know if this is the wrong area for posting such questions.

Now that the old python-based statistics page (fah-web dot stanford dot edu) has finally been switched off, is there a way to view donor stats without going through the new stats page (stats dot foldingathome dot org), which needs Javascript?

The new page is great for manually checking stats with a web browser, but automated tools that track stats over time do not play well with Javascript.

After a bit more digging, I found the new API as detailed here works well:
