Yes, first 10 WU's on a username & passkey combination get just the base points. You start earning the Quick Return Bonus points after that. The Points FAQ explains this and other aspects of points being awarded.

goodyca, DutchForce: I've confirmed all looks good with these WUs on the work server - received, no errors, credit awarded - investigating now what went wrong on the stats side that you never actually got that credit. Sorry it's taking so long - never dealt with any stats problems here before.
