From my understanding, Rosetta just gets the researchers a folded state and does not necessarily identify the mechanisms through which a protein reaches that state. It will not also find many of the possible mis-folded states a protein might fall into. These are things that F@H does determine.
So I would say that a portion of the puzzle is solved, but it is going to take more research to see what the details and consequences are connected to a particular protein design. Those are such things as what happens if/when the designed protein mis-folds, and how do possible mutations effect that as well.
