Stats not Updating

Hey! I am a new user. I refreshed an old PC that was lying around and have decided to dedicate it to backup storage and using the CPU for folding.

It has been running constantly for the past few days and churning out work units every 4-6 hours but it seems to have stopped updating on the website saying that my last WU completed was over 24 hours ago but the website continues to refresh every hour so it seems like it should update with my completed WU.

I just want to make sure that everything is set up correctly because I don't intend to keep checking it daily. I would rather set it and forget it but I still want the internet points

Welcome to the folding support forum.

Credits have been given for most of your WU's, however currently there is a problem with two servers submitting their credit logs. Points should show up from those servers once the problem is identified and corrected.

You may also have run into an issue on Saturday connected to the temporary relocation of web pages served from the fah-web server. The redirect seems to be working correctly now.

Can you please explain "Total Estimated Points Per Day"

My client consistently estimates this at 15,000-20,000 points per day but I have been running the client non stop day and night for 4 days and I am stuck at 4000 points. It has only updated one Work Unit in the past two days (from 6 to 7 completed) but my client has been completing them every 4-6 hours on average.

The most recently completed WU in the log says "Final credit estimate, 6271.00 points", the one before it "Final credit estimate, 1238.00 points" Why am I getting nowhere near this showing up in results?

I'm still getting NO updates at all on the contribution page after the server updates.

You've finished 7 WUs (on the 17th,18th, and 19th) for a total of 4414 points. "Bonus" points for quick return don't kick in until you've completed 10 WUs.

Exactly. I've completed more than 7 WUs. There has only been one update (from 6 to 7 total WUs) in the past 48hrs despite continuing to turn them in and get new ones. That's what the chart that you linked shows as well.

In my logs these all show that they have been completed and uploaded. These were all I could find digging through the logs but it shows at least 11 should have been credited.

I don't mean to make a stink. I just want to make sure there's not something on my end like my firewall or network settings blocking it from uploading/updating.

Do your logs show "FINISHED_UNIT" for all 11 of those (excerpts posted here in code tags would be helpful to help you)?

The returns for some of the WU's from Projects in the 8600 range are still pending to get credit as reported here - viewtopic.php?f=19&t=29804. Once they do get added to the databse, you will be over 10 WU's entered into the database. They are looking into the problem, but have not identified a cause yet.
