I guess it is not updated anymore because the new website is online and there papers are listed up to 2017

My understanding is that eventually the new site will replace the old one. Most pages on the old site still get updated, this appears to be one that hasn't.
Also, for a continuously updated list, Dr. Pande posted a search link in his Where Can I Learn More topic. A slightly modified search might be needed to find papers from some of the associated labs to the Folding@home group, but his link should give the bulk of the citations.
