Passkey and team creation while server down

Hello,

while the fah server is down will the passkey creation and team creation forms also be migrated to the tempoary server as i am currently unable to do either of these actions

Not certain when those functions for passkey and team creation will be available, they are still working on fah-web.stanford.edu. However the new server for the stats that have been migrated is not "temporary" as I understand it, but is the eventual permanent location. PG posted some months ago that plans were being made to move some stats related functions off of fah-web, this latest failure of the server may have moved part of those plans up.

Edit: The server fah-web is now back up, so passkey and team creation should be possible.
