Hello-
I was looking into joining Folding@Home. I just have one question: I have a data camp on my internet, so will Folding@Home use a lot of bandwith?
Thanks!!

Re: Bandwith
It will intermittently use some bandwidth, when it downloads a Work Unit (WU), and when it uploads the results data.
A CPU WU may be on the order of 1 MB, and a GPU WU may be 100 MB. Each project is different, so those are only gross generalities.
Depending on the speed of your CPU and GPU, you may see only 1 or 2 WUs per day (large WU, slow processor), or 30+ WUs per day (small WU, fast processor).

Re: Bandwith
How much is your data camp on internet? What is your PC type of CPU and GPU?
