Hello all,
I am introducing 6 new core18 gpu projects on the Src kinase family. The Src kinase has been previously well studied in both the Pande and Chodera labs and this project aims to extend our understanding of how these systems work by simulating the rest of the family. These projects aim to simulate the dynamics Fyn, Yes, Fgr, Lck, Hck, Blk, and Lyn kinases which make up the rest of the Src family. These projects are extensions of 1937-1942
