Yes, I power-cycled my modem, my switch and my two routers.
Just flushed the DNS, the problem persists.
Also tried another computer here at home and the links also time out.
The connected host didn't answer

I guess that you can reach Stanford websites (university home, folding@home pages, ...) ?

Yes, Stanford pages and everything else (other websites, torrent client etc) work properly.

Problem solved. I had to reboot my routers and modem again.
