Re: Stats summary files
It's EOC, Kakao picked up the summary file OK.
EOC seems to miss an occasional update, it should be OK on its next run.

Re: Stats summary files
Seems like fah-web went down early in the morning. We are in the process of rebooting the server. Will keep you all updated on its status. Thanks for the report!

Re: Stats summary files
It seems that the Stats are not updated again.
When I go to our Team Stats page it's blank and the last timestamp of the daily summary files (team and user) is Sat Nov 21 03:20:01 PST 2015
Only the Donor Stats seems to update correctly.

Team Stats is down
Mod: Merged with existing report/topic
Seems the Team Stats is down since sometime early this morning. Anyone know when they'll be back up? Donor stats seems to still be functioning though.

User Stats Not updating as of Sat. 11/21/15 3am
As the title says.
The hourly user stats update at http://fah-web.stanford.edu/daily_user_summary.txt.bz2 is not updating.
The hourly stats file is unchanged since the 11/21/15 3am bz2 file, timestamped Sat Nov 21 03:20:01 PST 2015.
My client screen appears to be updating OK, though.

Re: Stats summary files
I'm sure this will be taken care of on Monday, at which time there will be a huge jump as the delayed stats are incorporated into the totals.

Re: Stats summary files
As with any time this has happened in the past, we can be fairly certain we won't lose any statistics information at all as the publication of the stats is a separate server from the collection and storage of those same stats.
When the publication server gets rebooted/fixed, we'll see a MASSIVE bump in personal and team stats on our various stats websites and we'll be back to normal.
I'm just glad the server waited until after EVGA finished it's latest in house folding contest. This could have been a little . . . stress inducing otherwise. As it is, we're a little cranky as we're pushing to break our first 3 Billion point month, and the daily stats were helpful in keeping people motivated.
