Project 9205 (Run 19, Clone 56, Gen 4)

I got issue with this Project on R9 Nano. It folds ok but suddenly TPF increase to ~1 hour. GPU load 100% every time according GPU-Z. Sometimes reboot client helps with that sometimes not. And Bad State also detected.

The slowdown bug and bad states now hit the AMD side of the force

The only time I had this issue on my Hawaii GPU, it was triggered by a too high overclocking of the GPU ...

Default freq (970-1000) and voltages ~1,2. Temp is around 71. I don't think it's a problem with PSU, cause r9 290X and r9 Nano (~500W) working with OCZ 1250W.

Need to say that i got problem only with 9205 and 9206 on R9 Nano. Also i have gtx 970 and folding 9206,9205 is ok. So i agree with you, seems to be a bug of amd drivers.

I don't have any issues with other Projects. I don't overclock R9 Nano, it's on default.

Just now it's a 15.10 beta, and before it was 15.9.1 beta. Will try downclock later. You said you got 3 fiji, i doubt it's Nano. Don't forget that Nano released not a long ago so it can be a driver issue. Amd even released special driver for Nano "amd-catalyst-radeon-r9-nano-64bit-win10-win8.1-win7-sep1". And as long as i know AMD, i use their gpus about 10 years, last 2 years their drivers it's a buggy ***** sometimes.

My fijis are Fury x. But they are basically the same as nano with much more power coming their way.
I have to ask: are you doing anything else with PC while folding? There is a bug in drivers which crashes the drivers/system if you fold and browse internet/watch movies with GPU acceleration. This applies to Fiji only. Maybe in your case WUs are being bothered by other activities?

R9 290X mine Altcoins with very low cpu load. Fiji folds. That PC is not doing anything else.

Here is log of usually WU without a problem folding right now. Right now i'am far from home and can't search a real problem via teamviewer. A few times it just freezed but i have to say thanks my eg-pms-lan. I'm not sure it's a exactly WU problem but seems it's a this WU problem with AMD R9 Nano cause gtx 970 folds 9205,9206 without problem.

While i typed non problem WU 9631 stuck with 77% in log but in fahcontrol it goes further to 80%. When i saw on core freq it was 1000 but temp is 43 C and probably without load (i forgot to see). Just restart client. Maybe some problems with hardware or drivers. Need to see closely when back at home.

qqqq, there is a new fahcore_21 version in the wild. Might try stopping the slot, deleting fahcore_21 from fahclient directory and forcing download of new version. That might or might not sort out the issue, since new version was aimed at some issues from nvidia side.

qqqq, there is a new fahcore_21 version in the wild. Might try stopping the slot, deleting fahcore_21 from fahclient directory and forcing download of new version. That might or might not sort out the issue, since new version was aimed at some issues from nvidia side.

Don't have any issues with 3 gtx 970. Working 24/7. Maybe i'm not noticed when they deleting broken\not broken WU at the middle of the night i don't know. But i believe it folds ok.
