I just re-installed windows on my machine and have also re-installed the FAH client. I am now set up with a new identity.
How can I retrieve my old identity that has accumulated over 70 million points?
Thanks.

Your "old" identity still exists. Just set your name (and possibly your team) to the same settings that they used to be. Then be sure that you're using a passkey -- hopefully the same one you may have used before. [If you register for a passkey with the same username and email, you'll get the same passkey if you've forgotten it. Otherwise you'll need to complete 10 new WUs before the new passkey starts working.)

I have no idea what my passkey was. Am I SOL?
Where do I enter my email address to retrieve my old information?
I would really like to continue contributing with the same account that has already accumulated so many points.

Getting your old passkey back isn't that important ... remembering the name your points are tallied under is.

Re: How do I get my old account back?
Thank you. Turns out I may have had two accounts and forgot one email address because my points show as 900K when I was actually much higher in what I think may have been another account. But thanks for getting me back to one of them.
