FAH cannot demand too much from a GPU. Both nVidia and AMD warrant that their GPU will be stable with the recommended cooling at non-overclocked speeds (leaving 1 through 3). If 4 is true for you, get a RMA for your GPU. (NOTE: Factory overclocking is still overclocking, which is also a case for a factory RMA.)
In some cases, Core_21 may be more efficient than previous cores but "I've always been able to get away with this much overclock without improving the cooling" bypasses any consideration of the warranty.
