ERROR:WU00:FS00:: Access is Denied

cant find out what's wrong with it. Please help as I am only a new folder and would like to continue folding.

Where did you install your client ? You need to be able to run programs and write to the Data folder of the client.

toTOW has focused on the main part of the issue, but in general, you need to provide more information. (See the link in my signature.)

Is this immediately after installation or have you completed a few WUs already?

Is this Linux, Windows or OS-X? If WIndows, did you use the default settings for the installer, and if not, what did you change? If Linux, did you follow the Linux install guide - http://folding.stanford.edu/home/guide/ ... all-guide/?

Running the client from the command line is for experts only. If you are an expert, you don't really need any more help than what the Help file provides. FAHClient.exe --help

However, if you would follow the user friendly GUI install linked below.

Check your anti virus system (or any other security system) to allow download and run applications from Stanford.
