Questions from an ignorant internet user.

Post by rametarin »

Well, after working and completing on two proteins, I'm getting errors. It's not letting me load a third. Something about a core load error, or something.
Can somebody explain this to me? It won't let me work on the next protein! Should I uninstall this program and then reinstall it fresh?

Also, some questions.. Is there any way that we could petition work like this, with people donating cycles and watts of power, to be tax deductible? It is some form of community service, afterall. I mean, everybody will benefit off of this.. so what does everybody think? I figure home users are investing their property, their machines, electricity and personal computers to this end, so maybe make some sort of minimum amount of data crunched gets you so many dollars of tax deduct.. But I'm neither a professor, a tax attorney, or anybody of value. lol.
