Simply wait till they have a chance to fix the stat server and then credit several days of work...

It looks like we'll need the sysadmins to do an overhaul on one of the machines to get it to not be acting flaky like it is now. For now, from what I've seen, I expect that the stats will probably be held up again before we get to Monday. So, if it's not updating, we'll try to do as many manual updates as we can over the weekend and then have the sysadmins do a full overhaul on Monday. What this means for donors is that you'll probably see the stats hung up a few times, but please keep in mind that it's all safe and will go through.

The sysadmins finished a few hours ago and we got the auto stats update back on line. The 5pm pacific update looks to be going automatically just fine right now.

Thanks for that Prof. Pande, but here in the Midwest it's just after 9pm and I see nothing showing...it's been 2 full days since we had an update...

The official stats at Stanford.edu were Last updated: Mon Jul 14 18:00:02 PDT 2014 (Tue Jul 15 01:00:02 UTC 2014). If you're looking at one of the 3rd party stats sites, you'll have to check with them. [I'm not sure if there was an update an hour earlier.]

I have been experiencing many problems getting work units as well as sending results for the past two days.

I recently built a new computer (three days ago) using an AMD 9370 processor and a GTX-770 GPU simply to do folding but since I am experiencing so much difficulty getting any units to process I am seriously considering returning the motherboard, CPU, and GPU and withdrawing from the folding effort.

I made a considerable expenditure just to make a better contribution but since I am disables and living on Social Security I can find a much better use of the funds than just sitting here waiting for work at ever increasing intervals between the programs attempts to communicate with the servers.

I also updated my HTPC at the same time with a FTX-750 TI GPU to allow it to also run folding.

At the current time, 10:30PM Monday July 14th I have three machines with either a CPU or GPU or both waiting for work.

There have been a couple of server problems in the past few days but both problems have been corrected. Your points should now be updated and you should be able to get work.

For your 750 ti try editing it's GPU slot setting and adding an extra slot option of client-type advanced:

Using Advanced Control (aka FAHControl) highlight the appropriate client -

Configure > Slots > GPU > Edit > Add

Name: client-type
Value: advanced

Click on Ok, Ok and Save.

Thank you for your report ... the current files (7:20 am PDT) do appear to have updated data in them so we're going to wait until the next 3rd party run before reporting this to the people on the west coast. It's still fairly early for them.

EDIT: The next run on kakao looks good! No report sent to PG. Hopefully just a one off glitch like a server reboot or something simple but we will keep an eye on the situation.
EOC doesn't show an update but that's not unusual for that site and time slot.

Please check kakao ... they are up-to-date. There does appear to be an intermittent problem with fah-web.stanford.edu causing the official stats to be unreachable but, although it wasn't working when you posted, it was working the last time I checked. EOC quite often shows zeroes in the 12pm update so that should be corrected in their next update.

I can confirm that we only missed the single update. My personal system is showing only that lack and that we've been getting increasing points on each update since.
