It appears that removing/adding slot one did not help, as of last night the re-started slot finished a couple of Wu's
& client count did not change.
The count is now at 10, soon to be 11 this is from a fresh install of 2 GTX760 on OPUS.
The GTX460Se from there is destined for an open slot on Grendle W delete & fresh Install.
As for Kermit, have decided to retire the 2 GTX275's. Will do fresh Install of 2 GTX760's next month
have to wait on my allowance from my next pension check.
Thank you to all who took time to ferret out info on this. Maybe a feature request ticket would be in order here
