Updates
May I suggest that you guys add an update button or preference. It gets kind of annoying that I have to manually check for updates. I feel left out when there are updates and I am behind. I just want to fold continuously with the most updated software. Thank you.

Re: Updates
There is a feature request ticket to add a check for updates button in the client, eta unknown.
There is a news blog that you can subscribe to using RSS. They typically announce new client versions.
There is a forum topic here that you can subscribe to where they do announce new clients.
There are no large feature changes announced for the near (soon) horizon, so you're good to go for a while.

Re: Updates
This is already in place. Theoretically, Web Control should show a notification/banner when a new version is released. The current version is 7.3.6, and we haven't had an opportunity to publically test this yet.

Re: Updates
The News page on the Web Control would also show when they posted a news article about a new release.

Re: Updates
It should also be noted that Client updates happen rarely except when a new version is being developed. The current version was released in February.
