Help me get rid of FAH on my Mac PLEASE
I installed FAH and it instantly slowed down everything. I moved all the app data to my trash and emptied it, and now FAHcore_a4 is running as a process and slowing down my computer terribly. I cannot find any trace of FAH files in my mac anywhere, and I'm really upset! Activity Monitor says that FAHcore_a4 is using 600% of my CPU, but the actual percentage is more like 80% I think. I know that FAH is a good cause but I don't trust the software anymore and just want it to be gone! Please, please help!!!!

The OSX install guide has a link to an uninstaller you can download and run.

F@H can not be removed by dragging to the Trash, there is an Uninstaller. From the recently released OS X Installation Guide, there is a link to the Uninstaller at the bottom of the page.
There are also guides on how to use the controls to have F@H use fewer resources. If you do change your mind, we can assist you in setting up folding on your system to make the contribution that you are comfortable with.
