I was going to look at my stats page, and when I went there, this message came up:
There was an error accessing/using the database.
Description: error opening wwwrun@vspdb5.stanford.edu:stats
Please send this error message and the conditions under which it was caused to the F@H researchers.

Now, this happened during the stats update time, when normally you get the message (I'm paraphrasing here) "Stats server is busy updating, you can look at team stats or 3rd-party stats sites."

Using FAH v 7.1.52 on a Ubuntu machine, accessing stats etc. wirelessly from my Intel iMac (OS 10.6.8) via Folding@home Client Control.
I usually have a peek at my stats online by clicking on my name under the Status/Identity tab in the FAHControl window.
This a.m. I found this message waiting instead :

Apart from posting here to see if anyone has any insights, where else might I post to contact the 'F@H researchers'?
Don't know if it'll help, but the daily user summary flat file is only populating with this timestamp - "Fri Feb 1 01:20:14 PST 2013" and nothing else.

I noticed just a few minutes ago (at the 7am Eastern time hour) that the User Stats page was attempting to do an update and the normal "Updating Stats" message was displayed. But at around 7:12am, it reverted back to the error screen rather than show any updated Stats.

Yes, I noticed the same thing, that the only 'normal' operation of the stats server was during the update period.
