Can't Log in by My Donor Name

When I quit FAHControl and restart it, the grid of identity is null, so I can't start by my donor's name. Can somebody tell me how to solve it? Thanks

(You may or may not be using Windows. Most of what I'm saying applies also to Linux and OS-X but there are some differences.)

When you configure a name and a team number in FRAHControl, the data is stored in a file called config.xml which should be stored in the FAH data directory. (I don't recommend editing that file except using FAHControl!). If FAHControl cannot write in the data directory or if it is started without using the shortcut provided, it may not point to that directory.

The Windows installation creates a shortcut to that data directory.
