According to the Server Status link at the top of the page 128.143.199.96 is in Reject.

There's nothing you can do but be patient.

Ok. I am new to this so please be patient but I just looked at the server status list again and it shows that server as "FULL" which I thought meant everything is ok.

Where did you get the information it is in REJECT status?

It does say "full" but the column next to it says "Reject" where it should say "Accepting".

Since the Assignment server cannot reach .96 it's sending your client to a different server that probably has different projects and point values. Looking at your EOC stats your average for the past twelve work units appears to be between 100 and 200. Please advise where you're seeing 15-20.

Thank you for the logs.

That message is coming from the Collection Server not .96. It's quite possible because of the problems with the Work Server (.96) that the CS has no record of the work unit. As long as the work unit isn't dumped it will upload when the WS is Accepting again. Because this has happened on the weekend it might be a while.
