Getting list of stats by passkey

Post by axipher »

First off, let me introduce myself. I'm the one of the newest Folding Team Editors over at Overclock-net and I have been taking on some new projects to try and increase Folding Awareness and get more people involved.

One project I'm working is a competition where each user is required to use a different passkey than the one they usually use. In order to do a proper stats system, I would like a way to get stats by passkey in a flat file much like the "daily user summary" file since I won't be able to to a passkey search for 30+ people every 3 hours.

I've been told there is a way to do this, but it requires permission to do so. Could anyone help me out with getting the info I need to do this?

Hello axipher, welcome to the forum.

As far as I know, Pande Group has this on their TODO list, but isn't done yet. Maybe the person who told you it was possible can also tell you how...

If such a special permission query exists, the forum Mods don't have access to it. (i.e.- it's not too likely that your friend is correct. The closes thing to that is the official stats which allows you to search by FAH handle and/or by Passkey. Have you tried searching those stats with just a passkey? It might be what you're looking for.

That's the only way I know as well, but I've seen warnings on many FAQ's not to use scripts to access that page, and I am looking to to an update at least every 3 hours, every hour is preferred though.
