Overall F@H Stats Graph?

Re: Overall F@H Stats Graph?
Thanks Jesse. Working great here!
Anyone else notice the trend of total TFLOPs going down but AMD TFLOPs still rising? Any idea if it's a promotion on their part or something?

Re: Overall F@H Stats Graph?
I believe ATI has continued to decline, along with all of the other clients, it's just fluctuating quite a bit. Linux has possibly had the biggest percentage drop.
It looks like Total x86 FLOPS is currently hovering around the 4.5 PFLOP range, I'd really like to know whether the decline is due to seasonal fluctuation, something to do with the V7 client/server back-end or people moving away from FAH.
Also, I've edited Chart Two (Flops per client type) so that the x-axis is by date.

I would say normal seasonal drop. If you check out some of the other forums you will notice quite a few saying they are cutting back for the summer months.
2 - SM H8QGi-F AMD 6xxx=112 cores @ 3.2 & 3.9Ghz
5 - SM X9QRI-f+ Intel 4650 = 320 cores @ 3.15Ghz

Total = 464 cores folding

Any idea when this data came from?
http://nccastaff.bournemouth.ac.uk/rsou ... u_talk.pdf
See slide 14.
The file is dated as uploaded 15-Sep-2010 but the data correlates far more with the levels from two years prior..

Re: Overall F@H Stats Graph?
You could use the total CPUs as a guide (as this value only increases). It wouldn't give you the exact date but it would give you at least a no earlier than and no later than date...
Re: Overall F@H Stats Graph?
True k1wi, which puts it between 7/19/2010 and 11/22/2010. Not that small a gap! Hopefully we can find additional data to help bridge the gap.
Data is here so anyone interested doesn't have to go load the PDF:

Re: Overall F@H Stats Graph?
That InvestorVillage one has the date 5/27/2010.
The distributed.org one says Feb 24, 2010.

Re: Overall F@H Stats Graph?
I thought the Total CPUs didn't line up with those dates. I must have been looking at the wrong rows. I've added them in. Thanks Jesse.
Re: Overall F@H Stats Graph?
Pretty big jump in NVidia processing power this week, offset to a degree by a decline in Linux performance
Re: Overall F@H Stats Graph?
Wonder if it has anything to do with the 600 series? Either way it's good to see an increase after a long dwindle.
Re: Overall F@H Stats Graph?
I think it could have something to do with the 600 series.
Possibly because of the work units available for them (which cannot be discussed in this thread )...

Found a goldmine!

36 pages of stats from one of the most sparse regions of the graph (July 2008 through August 2009)! I'll start adding it, though it will take a while! How exciting. Help would be greatly appreciated for this.

Re: Overall F@H Stats Graph?
Congratulations on the discovery! I've got some time, so I'll start at the last page and work my way towards the beginning, that way we can meet some place in the middle. Divide and conquer. If you are running Windows 7, you can snap that page to one half of the screen, and the spreadsheet to the other half.screen317 wrote:36 pages of stats from one of the most sparse regions of the graph (July 2008 through August 2009)! The graphs are starting to look really cool. I figured out how to remove all the dots, so now they are just lines.
