QRB Points Missing (after having received them before)

Around two weeks ago, my PPD dropped because I was no longer being awarded QRB points (only base points). I didn't change my config in any way, but to be sure I double checked for the passcode, which was correct. I also tried the v6 and v7 clients both on Linux and Windoze, still no change. To my knowledge there hasn't been any errors and they are being returned on time. I have a feeling that I may have disqualified myself with the 80% pass rate somehow, however I see this as unlikely seeing as I haven't seen any folding errors since the QRB points went. There has been the occasional network error when trying to upload, however it soon resolved itself and said 'Server responded WORK_ACK (400)' after it did get a connection.
I hoped that it would resolve itself if I just let it fold as is, hoping that the QRB points would return, but that hasn't happened. I'd like to know what is causing this, so that it could be fixed.
