retiring computer, how to stop receiving new WU

Post by beer »

Hi folders.

Do to a large than expected electricity bill I will stop folding on one computer of 2 computers.
The question is: how do I stop getting new WU when done with current one. I am using fah gpu tracker v2. I could, ofcourse, just stop folding but then I would have some non-complete WU on my computer and I dont think that is good

Yes it would be best if you let the other one finish and upload. What client are you using? On v6 you can select Pause When Done or on v7 you can hit the big Finish button. Either way works.

I am using fah gpu tracker v2 to manege whitch takes care of keeping the clients (2 gpu and 1 SMP) up to date.
Maybe I should have asked in http://fahtracker.com´s forum instead

GPU tracker means v6 clients... But tracker isn't supported here. You'd have to ask that developer how they handle uninstalling.

Edit: yep that's the place to go
