I have 9 machines (all GTX gpu) trying for work here for the last 36 hours.

Pls advise how to change to a new server.

The server log shows that it has been operational for the last 36 hours. Can you open http://171.67.108.142:8080 in your browser? I can, but the secondary interface http://171.67.108.142:80 seems to be down -- but that seems to have been true for a long time so nothing changed 36 hours ago.

Also, there are other servers with WUs for you GPU, and I don't know why you wouldn't have been redirected to them. Please post a recent segment of your log, plus the first page or two.

I can open 8080 but 80 is rejected.

I am having the same problem.

My configuration is Windows 7 with an i7 CPU and two graphic cards.

From another forum, it seemed prudent to upgrade to the V7 beta client, but the problem is the same. A snippet from the log follows:

This server is one of those involved in the 803x GPU projects that so many posts lately have come in on. [sorry for the dangling participles]

It seems that each of the projects 8031, 8032 and 8033 have their own server.

BTW, by the server stats for these three servers, these projects all have the highest weighting of any of the GPU servers - the A is for ADVANCED, the B is BETA, and the F is normal FAH. So, this will drive virtually all Type 3 GPU (Fermi, presumably) assignments to these servers and therefore projects 803x, if I read the tea leaves in the server stats page correctly. I've included a fuzzy image of the server stats page - but showing the very high % assignments (the last three rows are the ones we are talking about). And, two of these servers, at the moment the snapshot was taken, didn't have any WUs available.

For those three servers, the current information is:
3496 3496 3496 - - 6
1426 1426 1426 - - 3
8622 8622 8622 - - 3

I am running projects 803x on FAH. I have just fixed the port 80 issue. Let me know if you are still not able to get assignments.

I am really sorry for any inconvenience caused to the donors.

Thanks,

Problem has been fixed, at least for me. I have received new assignments.

Interesting that the V7 client(s) work the GPUs much harder. My temp went up several degrees, and total system power increased enough to trip the undersized UPS.

It is not about the v7 client but the size of the systems that we are trying to simulate on GPUs. These WU's will push the machine harder and get 100% out of it.

Thanks again for your quick feedback.
