WU not meeting the deadline

Post by savvdm »

I have a unit, which is being processed so slowly that it is not going to meet the deadline as specified in unitinfo.txt. Does it make sense to somehow abort this WU, and switch to another one? Continuing with this WU may mean throwing away 2 weeks of calculations, which could be used to complete a few other WUs instead.

Hi there savvdm, welcome to the F@h support forum!

Exactly what WU are you talking about? Any processing from other processes that are slowing down F@h? Are you running F@h 24/7?
F@h is now the top computing platform on the planet and nothing unites people like a dedicated fight against a common enemy. This virus affects all of us. Lets end it together.
