adjustments to some bigadv point values

After reviewing bigadv performance and point data, we have decided to make the following adjustments to bigadv point values:
Projects 6900 and 6901: base points increased by a factor of 1.2 to 8597.
Project 8101 (currently in beta): base points increased by a factor of 2.3 to 22607.

This should bring PPD values on bigadv-16 systems much closer to parity across bigadv projects.
