Finally, a few points. Was hoping for a bump of 30k or so. Got 2 WUs and less than 1800 points. Maybe the bump is yet to come.

It is early yet, I suspect it will take many hours to work through the backlog of work units to credit in the stats database. So far I have not seen any points, nor has any member of my team. I expect eventually they will show up in chunks here and there for different folders.

I just got 3 WUs credited, about 16,000 points, in the 1500 Local Stats update. I'm expecting about 100K or more, so it's good to see things rolling again. And, per Dr. Pande's blog, I'm glad they took time to check the integrity of the data before turning on the stats system again.

Kudos to the FAH hardware team who was able to minimize the net effect on receiving and dispatching work units. Out of my four computers, seven Clients/Cores, only one core 11 GPU client had to wait a significant amount of time to get a new 511-point WU. That was the luck of the draw for me.

Attention. FAH, initiated calculation of statistics. :D

I started to get my points too. Be it only about 5000, I'm still missing about 120.000 points. Do you think those are lost?

@Jesse V:

Did you get all your stats? I have only received 2 WU. It should be something like 30. My GPU never missed a beat during the server outage so the points must be somewhere that has not contributed to the "bump." The Update has run properly for at least two hours and I'm expecting another GPU WU at the next update. Maybe that will get the missing units also.

I have no idea. I wasn't paying attention to how many WUs were stacking up, but I did notice the extra points and that the "Date of Last Work Unit" now says the 13th instead of the 10th. Since I complete about 4 WUs per day with SMP+GPU it was proof that the stats server was back up. But I'm not sure how many WUs I got. I'd say wait another hour or two for all the data to shuffle around properly, I'll bet you'll see your 30ish WUs back. :) - Jesse V.

It will take some time to complete the updated process. See http://folding.typepad.com/ which says
The stats updating was put on hold until we can make sure everything looked ok. We've turned it back on. Please note that there is no stats loss while we turn off updates.

Recovery is slow. By parties. The generated statistics, it is for the points in the last hour.

The important thing; that they are raising. :biggrin:

KakaoStats is calculating.

Remember that the recovery may be parties. :D
