Hi,

Three A4 projects simulating the glycopeptide antibiotic vancomycin as well as the peptide chain it binds. Vancomycin is an important antibiotic of last resort, used to treat infections resistant to methicillin. Recently, cases of bacteria immune to vancomycin have been identified. The goal of these simulations is to study this resistance mechanism.
