email address as username = 0 point cert?

I am using my email address as my fah username.. i am getting the stats page ok, but the cert show up with 0 points and 0 wu done.. is there a way around this?

i want to show off my certs

Try dropping the @somewhere.com from your fah username and try that.
I think you only show a cert in increments of 100 WU and 1000 points , or something like that

It seems Stanford has broken the Cert system.

Strange, I can view my certificate:
PantherX-> 8500 WUs
PantherX -> 8.3 Million points

It is broken for donators with e-mail addresses.

Could someone give me an email address for us to use in debugging this? Nothing has changed on our end, so it's strange that this is broken.

Something has changed as before it was possible to see certs for full e-mail address, now you have to remove @ and beyond.

ok, thanks. This will take at least a few days since our cert expert is at a conference right now. However, I think I know what the problem is.

i hope it gets fix before i get to the next milestone (500k) or (1M) so i can get a cool cert to hang at work
